Do you have a general understanding of commonly used CNC machine tool systems?
The market share of domestically produced popular CNC systems continues to increase, but foreign brands still occupy the domestic market. In the field of high-end CNC systems, there is indeed a significant gap between domestic CNC systems and foreign ones. Although some breakthroughs have been made in the technology of domestically produced five axis linkage CNC systems, their functions are not yet perfect and their verification in practical applications is not comprehensive enough.
The gap between domestically produced high-end CNC systems is also reflected in the incomplete serialization of products, such as servo motors and servo drives with various specifications from small to large, which are available in foreign countries, while our specifications are limited; There is a significant gap between domestic and foreign systems in terms of functionality and performance in high-speed (rapid feed rate of over 40 meters/minute), high-precision (resolution of less than 0.1 micrometers), and multi-channel CNC systems.
