The MCK55-300D slant-bed CNC turning and milling composite machine is a multi-station composite machine suitable for diverse processing of small and medium-sized parts, enabling simultaneous turning, milling, boring, drilling, and tapping. The MCK55-300D is a high-rigidity slant-bed CNC lathe designed specifically for medium-sized disc and shaft parts. It features a 600mm bed swing diameter and a 280mm workpiece processing length, equipped with a 12-station BMT55 power turret, supporting turning and milling composite operations. It utilizes high-rigidity cast iron, with a 30-degree bed structure, a compact design, and a stable and elegant overall appearance. High-precision servo-driven tool turret

The tool turret adopts a design structure with servo motor indexing, precise positioning of the gear plate, and hydraulic clamping:
① Servo motor drives the tool turret for bidirectional rapid tool selection.
② Equipped with a drive unit with a motor and conversion device.
③ Features a 30-degree inclined linear guide for more even force distribution on the guide rails.
④ The locking force is provided by hydraulic pressure pushing and locking the gear plate, resulting in excellent reliability.
⑤ X-axis effective travel: 200mm, Z-axis effective travel: 350mm.

High-rigidity, high-precision spindle

① The front spindle bearing is a double-row cylindrical roller bearing combined with a thrust angular contact ball bearing.
