Brief introduction

1. Machine tools body is inblock cast by gray iron Ht300.Body surpasses thrice processing to make sure accuracy and reliability.All of the hole and datum plane to assemble power unit is machined by CNC machining Center by one time.

2. Application:ball valve headgear 1/4”-1”and other valves body can be machined.

3. Working steps:Left drill/tapping/right drill/tapping.

4. Power unit head can be distributed by customer requirement(head3-6 axis).

5. Table operation mode:servo 4 indexing turntable(1/4=1.3sec).Hydraulic 4 indexing turntable(1/4=2.6sec)

6. Fixture type:Synchronous hydraulic fixture.

7. Loading/unloading:manually loading/unloading(can add vibrating bowl to help loading and unloading).

8. Tool cooling system inject gas cool.Tapping spray cool.can also add chip cleaner or saponification.

9. Processing efficiency:4-6sec.each one.
