Manufacturing process characteristics of valve shaped copper material

The casting and manufacturing processes of the special-shaped copper valves are mainly divided into 2 types, one is sand casting, the other is hot forging. Now mainly to understand these two manufacturing processes!

(1) sand casting - Casting: in the rapid development of chemical bonded sand today, clay wet sand is still a very important material for manufacturing model. It has a wide range of application and a lot of use, which can not be compared to all other manufacturing model materials. In the cast iron and steel of the United States, more than 79% of the molding materials are made of clay wet sand. In the process of casting iron and steel in Japan, more than 72% of the clay wet sand materials are used. One of the advantages of clay molding sand is its ability to adapt to the manufacturing of shape conditions. At present, the manufacturing process of high pressure and air impact molding is based on the use of green sand. In the processing of various new processes, the importance of the clay wet sand in the manufacturing process has been improved. The clay wet molding sand faces many new problems. It also ensures our exploration of the clay wet sand and the continuous optimization of the process. Today, with the rapid progress of high technology, the demand for the production of special-shaped copper materials is increasing in various industries. At the same time, the requirements for the quality of heterosexual copper are becoming higher and higher. In modern foundry factories, the productivity of molding machines has reached a very high level. If the properties of the molding sand can not be fully adapted to the conditions, or can not control its balance, it will soon be eliminated by the market. A complete sand treatment structure should be able to monitor the processing of molding sand. If it is not right, it should be modified in time.

(2) hot forging forging: forging is done when the copper profile is above the crystallization temperature. The increase of temperature can improve the properties of copper metal, which is conducive to ensuring the internal quality of copper material and ensuring that it will not slotted. High temperature can also improve the deformation properties of metal and reduce the load bearing capacity of forging machinery. As the processing flow is relatively large, the precision of the processed products is not enough, and the surface is not good, the processed devices are prone to chemical reaction and burnout. This method of hot forging is adopted when the device is thick and the texture is strong.
