Matters needing attention

(3) the bolts on the flange at assembly time shall be tightened evenly, gradually and evenly.

(4) the cleaning agent shall be compatible with the rubber parts, plastic parts, metal parts and working media (such as gas) in the ball valve.

When working medium is gas, use gasoline (gb484-89) to clean metal parts.

Non-metallic parts are cleaned with pure water or alcohol.

The metal parts that have not been broken down can be cleaned with clean and fine impregnated cloth (to prevent the fibers from falling off and sticking to the parts).

(8) the new parts should be cleaned before assembly.

(9) lubricate with grease.

Grease should be compatible with ball valve metal material, rubber parts, plastic parts and working medium.

When the working medium is gas, it can be used for example.

Apply a thin layer of grease on the surface of the sealing part, and apply a thin layer of grease on the rubber seal, the sealing surface of the valve stem and a thin layer of grease on the friction surface.
